True Vine Bible College exists to provide Bible-based and practical training for those who want to be grounded in the Word of God, prepared for full-time ministry, or restored in their personal walk with the Lord.

Whether you are a new believer seeking a strong foundation, or a mature Christian desiring deeper knowledge and ministry training, TVBC is here to equip you for a life of service and faith.

Curriculum

TVBC offers a well-balanced program of courses designed for both new and mature believers, adapted from Victory Bible Institute.

Courses cover foundational truths for those seeking to grow in understanding of the Word of God.
Advanced courses provide practical ministry training for those called to serve in full-time ministry.
The curriculum equips every believer to minister effectively within the body of Christ, from new believers to mature disciples.

Biblical Mandate

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

At TVBC, our goal is to raise up believers in every nation who are equipped with the full armor of God to live victoriously and carry out the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12 & 6:13–18).

We are excited to partner with the Kingsway Leadership Institute (KLI) to offer the Ministers in Training (MIT) Program, designed to equip and strengthen pastors, church leaders, and ministers with a solid biblical and leadership foundation.

The MIT Study Program is led by Bishop Lilia Lee Miller, Kingsway Superintendent in the Philippines, and provides a structured curriculum that blends doctrinal studies, leadership development, and ministry training.

The school also offers, through the effort of our dear School Administer Rabbi Cres Lapena, Special Courses every Friday and Tuesday (8:00 am – 3:00 pm), providing deeper study in key areas of theology:

Bibliology – Study of the nature, authority, and interpretation of the Bible
